Cabo Norte’s Clubhouse
This project is located in the northern part of the city of Mérida, approximately 5 miles from the historic downtown district. Mérida, the capital city of the sate of Yucatán, is also the most populated, and it serves as the logistic center of the metropolitan area. Cabo Norte will be a community planned with an innovative take on sustainable development that integrates residential uses with natural, recreational, educational, commercial, and entertainment areas.
